Pre-Construction: We meet with each client to conduct a specifications interview. We use this information to provide a detailed and more accurate cost estimate for budgeting. We provide an on-site property evaluation for optimal placement of the home given property constraints and client objectives.
Construction: Our Project Supervisor meets with each client throughout all stages of construction to answer questions and review details. Project progress is evaluated and updated routinely for optimum timeline management. We provide clients with an allowance schedule for any unspecified custom selection options to maintain budget goals.
